Excellent service received today from Broadland Fuels. I had an emergency situation in which I’d run out of oil and both James & Jo were super helpful and efficient at getting a much needed delivery to me the same day. I can’t fault the service provided - wouldn’t go anywhere else! 5*! Thank-you! 😊

Ordered on line and it was a relatively easy process and the oil arrived earlier than predicted.

The driver refused to deliver oil due to a crack in my tank. I am not chastising him as I am aware he has rules but it was just before Christmas therefore, I had no oil. Secondly, I've been chasing reimbursement of the money I paid for the oil and yet to see a penny. You are very quick in taking it but not paying back.

The fantastic lorry drive, putting metal plates each side of the gate, backing up the drive only to get stuck on the turning corner. He came up to the house to explain he would drive over two trees & the box hedging we had a look at the angle & aborted the delivery, great communication, full refund received
