I very surprised that delivery company is EVRI 😩 I don’t trust them anymore because they don’t deliver my packages to my door and they leave ground floor…soo many times I have stolen my parcels😔 I hope this time they will knock to my door and give me my parcel to my hands?!!!

The stock management seems very poor. I have built up three credits because each time I want to buy something that is new out in the month there is no stock. The credits do not carry the same value - some items that cost a credit are worth less than the amount paid each month. The website will not allow me to use stored payment methods. Every time I try to buy something it tells me I have to confirm the billing address and the only way to do this seems to be to add a payment method. This takes time and is very clunky. I am leaving the site and cancelling my membership because of these issues.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I RETURNED ITEMS, SENT PROOF OF POSTAGE AND THEYRE REFUSING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A MONTH NOW AND STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS!! ORDER ELSEWHERE GUYS!

This company will take money off your credit card with no notice and no justification other than their “terms of business” which you cant find easily. Terminating your contract with them is also very tricky. They will ignore you and just continue to take your money. It is a scam.

Honestly this brand is just a scam ! Stay away from FABLETICS! If you are using just once fine and remember to cancel your membership after the order. VIP price £54.00 Normal price £9.79 Why would I pay more to be a stupid VIP member ?
