Asks for billing address, but nowhere to add it? The website is awful, no response from customer service, I was left on 'read' on the live chat.

Came to Fabletics via an Instagram advert, they harvested my data before I could view products. Got in and almost everything is out of stock, the items in the advert on Instagram are all completely out of stock. I am frustrated that they now have my name and email through falsely advertising products they aren’t even selling any more.

made an order a few days ago and just realised there was no confirmation email, thought it didn’t go through. just done it agin and still no confirmation email. i checked and it’s the right email.

I had to order these cause of my sisters I saw. These leggings were really high quality and hard a good grip. Everything was in place. The texture was amazing. Can't wait to get mine.. Totally love it.

Website is rubbish. Can't use store credit on sale- what's the point in being a VIP member??? Customer service atrocious

The fact that you don't tell us anywhere on your website how to use store credit and yet you don't properly refund items is really bad. I've made a purchase with VIP credits and have the same again in store credits which it seems are completely unusable. It feels like a con.
