Absolutely been conned! Companies like this should not be allowed to exist! Thought I was getting a bargain of 2 pairs of leggings for £24 which have now ended up costing me £80 after realising this morning that they have taken a “monthly subscription of £54.99” what I thought was signing up to a mailing list to become a VIP member was actually an extortionate monthly subscription. I would never have bought these leggings if I knew this was to happen. Apparently it’s in the small print of their terms and conditions. Will never be buying from here again. After speaking to them on the phone this morning to ask for a refund and then was conveniently cut off! They pray on people not checking the terms and conditions because let’s be honest who actually ever reads them? Would you really buy from them if it was made clear on their website in bold letters that to become a VIP member for a monthly subscription of £54.99 per month? By the way I was not offered a refund.

Reoccurring subscription that is hard to cancel, obviously made on purpose that way, very high quality product tho.

I’m a stupid idiot, didn’t read the terms of what I was signing up for. Tryed to save some money by buying a couple of pairs of shorts from fabletics instead of something decent and ended up with 3 monthly subscription costs. Could have bought something nice with that! I don’t agree with this type of selling. Relying on the customer to forget to cancel or like me not realise what they’re are signing up for. Cheers

Appalling online ordering experience - very unclear what is and isn’t available with member credit, no explanation of what such differently priced items still equate to one credit, and trouble with billing page resulting in double payment. Very disappointed

The cool stuff sells out so quickly. You're left with things you don't want, and nobody else does. Your choice is limited. On the good side, the quality of the product is high, and they last long. I still do not understand why their best-selling products are not reordered. They just go out of stock and never come back, which makes no sense to me.

To join this 'membership' you have to remember to 'skip' each month otherwise you'll be charged a '£49 member credit' which you then have to use on purchasing a product to be able to get your money back. They do send reminder emails but they generally go into my spam folder. This has resulted in payment being taken on a few occasions. I'd be more inclined to order from them if they just gave you credits for buying things from them, rather than relying on you to forget to skip and then taking the money from yiur account. I will be leaving them this month...as soon as I can find out how to cancel (which is well hidden within their website blurb).

Always been happy with Fabletics, they have been very helpful with all my queries and request,as a VIP member.

I was excited to receive my first ever pair of Fabletics leggings however I was extremely disappointed in their quality. I have wore them twice and the seam at the bum is already starting to unravel. They are also very see through- I would not recommend!
