I have used fabletics for a few years and I won’t slate the products. They are of good quality. However the customer service is bad. My husband signed up about a year ago and has had huge issues in cancelling or postponing. In the end it is now 4 times they have removed money from his account despite being told it was all sorted. The call centre staff are appalling. I actually can’t believe Kate Hudson would put her name to this. It’s actually fraudulent - they have removed money several times illegally. If they get nowhere defending their actions. They hang up! The last call the lady said there is nothing you can do and no one you can speak to. You have no options and then hung up. It’s scandalous they are allowed to operate so I have escalated to consumer arbitration. Really shocking company. Do not use

i placed 1 order which unknowingly signed me up for a membership of £60 per month!!!! i’ve contacted them asking for a refund and am awaiting a response before i take this further and contact my bank. not sure if the agreement to sign up for a membership was in the small print or if it is done automatically, but i certainly wouldn’t have signed up willingly at that price!!!
