Twice i have order a specific item
Twice i have order a specific item , twice it has shown in stock on there website and twice they could not deliver, if you do not have stock of item, then it should say so on your website, will not be using again
Terrible experience, won't shop here again
I have give Europafood xb so many chances to put things right after they sent me only half an order and charged me full price. I have sent so many emails but they are completely missing the point which is I don't expect to be charged for items I did not receive, and that were not substituted... I have found all of the produce readily available elsewhere, such as Amazon, at lower cost, lower delivery price, and better service... no brainer..
Wrong shop address given in ready-for-collection email
I was able to get the chocolate I couldn't found elsewhere. The system was easy to use, and I was able to collect my chocolate on the specific day. The only problem was a IT problem that they had. The address on the ready for collection email was incorrect. I went there and the staff did apologize. He gave me a business card with an address in South Kensington. The shop at the address was closed for renovation. Then I search on google map and found that the shop was around the corner - the address on the business card was incorrect. I spent more than an hour to locate the shop and finally I got my chocolate. They were very tasty.
Exemplary customer service and a fantastic range of products
We've been a loyal customer of EuropaFood for going on ten years now. They have maintained an excellent range all through the covid 19 pandemic and Brexit, and their level of customer service has always been exemplary. Used their in-store pick up option for the first time recently and it was fast and pleasant
Last order was the worst experience
Last order was the worst experience: I ordered some good quality cheese, unticked the substitution button because I didn't want it replaced with a bad one. We exchanged a few emails with Ben Leclerc (director) where he argued a raclette cheese is a raclette cheese and unclicking the sub button doesnt matter. About 5-10 minutes after I sent the last email, he called me to keep arguing on the phone. I put him on speaker so that the people present could hear what he had to say: "thank you for wasting my time and yours, you have nothing better to do with your life" etc. I told him this was harassment at this point, but he "didn't care it made him happy". Also when I pointed how unprofessional he was with that phone call he said "I m the director I make millions so yeah I m professional". I could go on but you get the idea.
Extremely unprofessional and harassement
My friend received the wrong product as the item was replaced with a vastly inferior product without knowledge or consent. After voicing his discontent. My friend has now been receiving phone calls from the Director Ben Leclerc harrassing him and intimidating him for voicing his discontent with the service provided. I witnessed him receive calls on his personal mobile phone to Insulting my friend, gaslighting and harassing him. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
