Well I went big and bought a Warlock reign PC! Sadly when it arrived it wouldn’t output anything, essentially it was dead on arrival. After a troubleshooting phone call it seemed I had to bring it in… I was very unhappy to be honest! For such a premium product I felt deflated by the result. I also had a massive gaming weekend booked off which was now on the rocks, the dream was over.. UNTIL! I brought the PC into the port solent store and was pleasantly greeted by Michael who was expecting me and genuinely sympathised with my situation. After that Michael seemed hell bent on fixing my PC issue. Michael then spent the next 1-2 hours calmly taking the beast apart in front of me explaining everything along the way. Test after test until finally (it was a faulty graphics card) boom he fixed it wow! The dream was back on! Michael turned a complaint into a positive review with his impeccable customer service! Premium service for a Premium product! Thanks Michael!

Service and delivery were excellent. The desktop wouldn't power up for whatever reason which was disappointing. Organising pick up was again easy and quick. The fact that the new unit has to be sent back for repair which may take weeks is strange. Why not collect the faulty unit supplied and ship a new one?

Always get good service and advise. I dropped a star for the reason that, a week ago I got a price for a new pc build. Whwn I went in to order the same build this week, the price had risen by around £150. We think it was a jump in price in the graphics card but he wasnt sure. Otherwise happy so far. Will see if the the new pc is as good as hoped.
