Very helpful in guiding me to correct PC for my needs. Very understanding about my being a numpty not being able to decide what I needed. I had a custom build PC it was ready in days and the collection service was amazingly fast and easy. Minor issue over a cable sorted in amazing fast and efficient way. Really happy with PC at this time - and for the great way this company helped me along the way. We are not all technical wizards and I was treated really well with no condescending attitude which can be prevalent is such environments. Everyone so polite
