I've always liked Novatech. I've been a customer since 2010-2011. Maybe earler. I loved the shop they used to have outside Reading. Today - I think the Portsmouth shop is worth a visit if you like to browse. There aren't many places left where you can do that. I recently bought a Reign Gaming PC, and I think it's excellent. I was worried it might be noisy and power hungry, but it's not the case. It came with a nice clean Windows install without annoying botherware, and plays games way better than anything I've had before. Also, since I'm paying out a good deal of money, I wanted the 3yr guarantee.

Failed data disk needed replacement urgently. Suitable item was easily identified, ordered online and delivered the next day.

Need update a pc and look at the cost of a new pc had the best deals in the area had the one I want ordered that day was ready to be pick up when arrived at the store was help with load it up into the car. Staff was friendly and helpfully.

Novatech are always top notch for service and helpfulness. Have shopped with them now for over 14 years on 4 builds and three of them are still going strong(1 being a brand new build). The new build is excellent and whilst costing more on some aspects of the build, they were also cheaper in other areas but all in all really good value and the after sales service is top notch.

I was looking for an HDMI cable for TV connectivity. There were lots of choices on the website with good descriptions and range of prices to choose from. When I collected the item, the member of staff was happy to answer my queries and confirmed I could exchange if it wasn't right for me.
