I have had my new Novatech Warlock PC for almost a month now. Throughout the process they were very helpful. After ordering on line I'm always a little twitchy. However, the goods were not only built and dispatched over a week earlier than promised. They arrived very well packaged. All powered on and image / configs have worked without issue. I like to run my games with the graphics turned right up and the Warlock , with a little extra RAM does so flawlessly. I've yet to have occasion to deal with support so can't fairly comment on that beyond the presales. In summary an excellent company to deal with who are producing quality products and delivering high standards

I received the monitors I ordered on time and they were well packaged. The only thing I wish was better was being able to contact Novatech to update my shipping location sooner. This normally would not have been an issue but we moved offices and ended up having monitors delivered to the old office after we had already moved. I was able to work with reception at the old office and coordinated with Addison Lee to help me get the monitors down Euston street to our new office so it ended up working out just fine.
