My girlfriend and I recently used Chartwell as our brokers for our first property that was a "Shared Ownership" house. Firstly, we dealt with Simon who was very considerate and understanding with us trying to digest all the information for the first time. He helped us with finding the right mortgage and % of house we would like to own and could realistically afford. Then, during the buying process our main point of contact was Star, she went above and beyond to help make the whole process go as smoothly and stress-free as she could. Whenever we needed anything she could help with, Star would be calling or getting in contact with anyone who may be able to help gather any info or speed up the process.
