I've sent 3 emails now about the extra battery I bought with my order. It's not working. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Very frustrating when you pay good money for a product and you have a small issue that can easily be resolved. But nobody has responded to my emails . Love the magnum 3. Would absolutely leave a 5 star review if someone could please just get ahold of me.

I loved my Magnum 2! I didn't go with the 3 because I'm mostly an herb smoker and I wanted to test out the product first, before getting something I may not be happy with. But I'm a HAPPY camper with this product. I decided to go with it based on the reviews and I'm happy I did. I also want to clarify some things for those who are still undecided. I think there is a huge misconception about Vaping vs Combusting/smoking. For those who need a little more clarification this is the best way I can describe it. If you bake a chicken as opposed to grilling it. Baking will cook it and won't create smoke like the "grilling" would. When you combust your weed you "char"/ burn it to ash. Vaping is different, you have to understand that it is battery powered heating vs "combustion"/smoking. I.e., flame creates smoke then ash. Besides isn't the whole point of smoking cannabis to get a high not the amount of "smoke" clouds you create? That's just my opinion. Thanks again puri 5. I did not rate this a 5 because I do recommend you get a backup battery if your a constant smoker Or if you're traveling. Otherwise no complaints!

Arrived quickly. Works as described. My favorite thing is that I am able to use it anytime. Easier to control intake as well. Have not tried the water pipe attachment yet but expect that to just enhance the experience.
