The company was quick to respond to my email inquiries, they shipped the product I ordered quickly, however FedEX was not the quickest in delivery, not Puri5's fault.

Great service from PURI5. Responded immediately when I had a question about my glass tip that came with my vape.

I got an extra 5% off because I left the product in my cart for a day. Shipping was good with reliable tracking, but living in Canada the cheapest shipping was 30 USD. At least it showed within a week.

Works as advertised! No disappointments here. It heats up quickly and is easy to clean. I got the bubbler attachment and love it.

The piece itself is amazing and works flawlessly, my only issue and i tried to get with customer service and never got any response. This has been my only issue, if i would have gotten a response from customer service it would have gotten 5.

I really like the bubbler for the Magnum 2. But the glass is very fragile this is the third one that I've had to order because they break so easily. I would gladly pay more for thicker glass that's not going to break as easy rather than keep spending money on something that breaks.
