Best smoke accessory i’ve ever bought. Its a very clean and smooth inhale, it works perfect for both weed and dab. My friends all love it too. I never leave reviews on stuff but this was amazing, and the grinder i bought too was also very nice.

My product is defective, I've been charging the battery with the charger it came with and the battery level stays at about 35%. And when I unplug it, nothing is displayed on the screen it doesn't turn on.

First of all, money well spent. The service was hands down top notch. I received my Magnum3 in only 3 days. First day I had it, the bubbler bought the formatter only two uses. It's a nice product but, there was no user guide for use, cleaning and storage. I went to a link for videos and they were very very vague. I have yet to try it on concentrates, not impressed with how it handles ground up cannabis.
