It is a great pen. The only problem was, the bubbler for the Magnum 2 was damaged during shipment. I called on 1/6/2020 and a new one was shipped. thank you.

Everything works. I only give 4 stars due to the fact that you don’t just sell the rubber o ring for the top. Had to buy a whole new top instead of a pack of o rings.

Definitely great quality and a amazing product does just what it says, the reason for my 3 star review is it makes the flower have a chemical taste to it and it can taste burnt even with the temp at 410

The Magnum3 by Puri5 y’all... This vaporizer is AHHHmazing and y’all need to get the optional glass bubbler. Highly recommend this dual use vaporizer for both herbs and concentrates. The shipping was super fast as well.

I really like the Deja Vu. The only thing is the bubbler (water attachment) does not fit smug. So when smoking it rattles. Also it’s so loose that I’m so worried it’s going to fall off and break since it’s glass.

I am very unhappy with my purchase. The quality is poor & it's clearly misrepresented. I've used it once and I want to return it because honestly it's a waste of money. On the add it reads like the water attachment piece is part of the package which it is not, disappointing. So I figured oh well the attachment piece is not available so let's just try it out anyway. Within a few minutes of vaping the entire contraption was so hot despite temperature adjustment and I literally couldn't even hold it long enough to use it properly, and if you want to burn your lips on the mouthpiece then this is the is tool for you. Dont buy this people, it's not what it appears to be.....I am better off with my volcano.
