Great service from Vishak and his team.

Poor customer service. The creation of the company and subsequent licence and residency was very good and flawless. However, you only later learn (because they don't tell you) the package does not include legally required tax registration with the UAE authorities, does not include accountant registration (also legally required). I found an alternate provider so needed an NOC letter from them which took me 3 weeks to obtain. NOC is a 1 paragragh letter from them to confirm they are not acting on behalf of our service any longer so another can take over. For this, they charged 900+VAT (approx £200 GBP). The internal services do not talk to each other effectively and left me having to pay a fine for failing to register the corporation tax with the authorities. When in country, despite knowing I was there for only 2 weeks they failed to mention you need a mobile number registered in UAE for obtaining a bank account. So this was very difficult to obtain also. Overall, the physical obtaining of company licence and registration as well as residence was very good. What was not good is the complete lack of service for remaining legally compliant, moving away from them took weeks instead of days as they tried to keep hold of me as a customer and the thing that really frustrated is that when I started the process the sales team were happy to say they could refer me to people to help my business get off the ground (Josh), which never happened. Vishak was requested so many times for NOC which was delayed and requested Zoom meetings with manager (Nikkila) to attempt to retain custom and find out what they can improve on. Then after the awful experience which led to my wanting to leave the service, they charged me for the very simple NOC letter (Habiba). I want to be fair due to the company formation and residency team doing a great job, but overall, would not recommend due to legal compliance issues not being included in the service cost, introduced to me a shock later on when adding my wife to the company, and then subsequently attempting to get away from the service proving far too difficult.

Couldn’t recommend these guys more if you require an establishment in the uae. The attention to detail and guidance through the process was so stress free.

I have been working with Wishak and Jina Orolfo from Europe Emirates Group to set up a company in the UAE and I would simply say that these persons are just amazing in their commitment and dedication. This is a dishonest company. My name is Lamine SOUCI. the CEO's of Atlas Business Solutions who never worked. ُُThe creation of the company, obtaining the licenses, and visas were relatively quick and straightforward. However, but difficulties arose later when one of my partners passed away in April 2023. I then asked if this company could modify the company's statutes. Europe Emirates Group assured me that they could do it and asked me to pay around 2887 Euros to proceed with the modification of the statutes. However, after several months, they informed me that they could not modify the statutes and that the heirs of my deceased partner had to appear personally before the Dubai court, which was impossible because the heirs of my partner refused to come to Dubai. Later, in October 2023, I asked them to provide me with a Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) to handle the process myself and renew the company’s license, but they did everything they could not to issue me this document and continued to extract money from me. I was misled into staying with them and entrusting them with the renewal of the company’s license, hoping they would find a solution. Recently, they confirmed to me that they could not do anything and that they had never encountered this problem where one of the partners passed away. I asked them if it was possible to liquidate the company, and they confirmed that they could provide this service and asked me to pay 16,000 AED. As I could no longer pay, I asked them to issue me the NOC. Once again, they refused to issue the NOC and to refund me for the uncompleted services. I sent a formal notice, contacted IFZA, but received no response. Now, I will have to entrust the case to a lawyer to sue them.
