The entire experience from consultation to the final license couldn't have been better. Especially the service from Hanna Nyssen and Shyra Taboada was excellent. Very professional and efficient. My Emirates ID got delivered same day express as I had to leave for a business trip. But also everything in between like medical check etc., was just perfectly organized. I plan to setup more companies with Europe Emirates Group soon.

I engaged with Europe Emirates Group to arrange and assist with the set up of my Dubai business, including UAE Id card. From the outset, communication with Jina was first class and everything was arranged taking all the headaches and hard work away, ensuring everything was in place including E-visa, in preparation for my visit to Dubai. On arrival in Dubai the excellent communication continued and from there I was looked after by Jackie and the two drivers Luigi and Dawood. Collected from my hotel, chauffeur driven to the medical centre and biometric appointments. Jackie, Luigi and Dawood were first class, personal and nothing was too much trouble. Even a puncture did not slow or prevent them achieving the outcome and they quickly made alternative arrangements, whilst constantly making sure I was Ok.
