I placed an order online at about 16h30, whilst checking out, a computer glitch happened and I did not receive my order confirmation email from Sealants On Line, as per usual, even though the transaction showed "pending" in my bank account. I decided to check with them first thing in the morning. When I explained to Emma what happened she listened to my predicament, having no invoice number or order number to give her. She managed to track my transaction even though the system never registered the order, she could see that they have received my payment into their account. Emma then manually entered my order and dispatched it and I received my order the next day. Thank you Emma for your absolute honesty and your professional way in how you listened to me and resolved the issue. Where most companies would have tried to push you down the road of reporting your problem online or claiming it back from your credit card company, Emma did what most of us dont get in online business, she showed understanding, empathy and solution driven. Thank you Emma for going the extra mile! What a pleasant experience!

Should have arrived as told by courier did not turn up so had to buy more from another so job could be completed couriers need to be realistic about the amount of packages there drivers can deliver
