Great silicone quality at great prices…

Great silicone quality at great prices compared to elsewhere. Although that is only regarding the 3c and otto brands as i haven't tried the others. They were both silky smooth easy to apply and tool with good consistency and strength. They have similar working times to others like kerakoll and mapei but without any bits or air bubbles that i often got with those and far cheaper aswell. They were also kind enough to send me out some colour charts with actual bits of silicone on the cards to help colour match which is a great help and something other shops i used have never offered. I did notice some other reviews mentioned items being out of stock which happened to me aswell with a few tubes not available but that was quickly refunded and was advised to ring beforehand so they can check stock, which I'm happy to do as they answer the phone quickly and let me know if anything's not available. While i would prefer not to have to do this it only takes a minute and the quality and price of the silicones is worth just checking before ordering.

Bad company for communication.

I placed my web order 184378 which was delivered on time. However the product was marked best before June 2024, which for a mastic was very short. I used it straight away about 10 days ago and it is still tacky, it is supposed to be peelable when set. I contacted the company by e-mail 5th March and they have not even responded, this is far more upsetting than the product failing.

Awaiting on order

Awaiting an order, they say its out of stock, due in last week but still no information from them. Why take money for orders when not in stock ? All sorted out email updates go straight to spam because they are sent from another email address items arrived very competitive price

Fine for me

I can't speak to the other bad reviews here but I took a chance and ordered 3 tubes of TimbaBuild as they had stock and a good price. Arrived the next day no problems at all.

AVOID

AVOID - Time Wasters. I bought 3 tubes of specialist sealant. Nothing arrived for 1 week. I called to chase and they told me its out of stock. Why sell items that you don't have in stock? And even if you do surely you should at least inform the customer rather than let them wait and wait. 1 week lost for a job thanks to Sealants online.

Sealants Online didn't deliver and aren't responding to contact

Sealants Online had the product that I wanted at a reasonable price and ordering was simple. However, 10 days later I have not received my order nor any reply to my email enquiry regarding delivery of my order. Nor are they contactable by phone on a weekend. I will now make my order from one of the big guys (ToolStation or ScrewFix) and hope for a refund from Sealants Online.

Confirmed stock but on delivery date changed the story

We have ordered sikadur products from their website. Before ordering we called and checked stock. They confirmed that product was in stock. We have follow up a few days after order and they confirmed that everything is out for delivery. O the day of delivery we again called to double check if its coming on the day. The response from the lasy was that yes 1 product was coming and 'by the way, we have no stock of Sikadur 32 CF' The reason we chase so often was that it was extremely important to receive it on time. Sealantaonline reassureare us everytime that everything is in stock and will be out for delivery. This was a major let down for us and made us and for our customer who now needs to adjust to the delays in programme. Will never use these guys again.

Sealants Online Response

I have not used their product yet as I left it too late and the wet weather put the job on hold. However I must congratulate Sealants Online becasue of the way they responded to an issue I had. One of the containers was leaking from the cap and the nozzle was taped up. When I questioned the impact this might have on the integrity of the product I was told it was not a problem and the product was good for 18 months. Additionally they refunded me the cost of that container as a gesture of goodwill. Makes you feel good dealing with companies who have a perfect service approach.
