After planning and chatting to Emsal, I arrived at Muğla hospital by chauffeur driven car to find her waiting myself and my Husband at the main door. She welcomed us with excitement and kindness of which I’d become to know her. After having several pre op checks and meeting the Surgeon we were settled into our Suite, whereupon my husband served a delicious meal. I was then taken then for surgery. An hour later sat up drinking coffee. I had observations taken hourly and after seeing Surgeon first thing next morning, discussed ongoing care prescribed medication, I was then chauffeured back to my hotel. The experience from chatting and planning the best possible Treatment for myself with Emsal to now 2 days after was impeccable. THANK YOU ALL

From the minute we arrived I was looked after with efficiency, compassion and friendliness. I cannot overstate the excellent service that was provided, especially by Selin from the Tourist Office, she guided us through the stages of our care every step of the way, right through to the financial side which the team looked after us with where they could. The language interpretation was invaluable, the Doctor was excellent and got to the root of the problem very quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend this hospital and the team for anyone in need. It was a great experience overall. I have been coming to this Hospital for years. From Doctors to the equipment there is no other hospital around could compete. Hilal took good care of me.

We attended the hospital a few weeks ago after my daughter fell in the airport and needed surgery. The hotel was amazing but especially Huseyin Umut Kurt. We would have been so lost without him. He was with us every step of the way, explained everything, sorted our insurance everything! We were so stressed and nervous but he calmed us.

Dr. S. Kandar is zeer kundig en professioneel. Het ziekenhuispersoneel (met name mijn dank aan Sezin en Feride) is tevens zeer klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik ben super tevreden en raad iedereeen dit ziekenhuis aan.

Ik vind het een 5 sterren waardig, omdat ik oprecht, eerlijk en goed ben behandeld.
