Absolutely fantastic! Feeling nervous and apprehensive for booking my gastric balloon was all gone as soon as I walked through the door. Emsal, my translator, made me at ease. Everything was explained to me perfectly. I met the doctor, dietician and other nursing staff who looked after me so well. I can express enough how lovely everyone was. Our room is comfortable with WiFi and food provided for my daughter. Aircon and cleanliness was excellent. Coming to Turkey, obviously is going to be daunting, but this hospital blows any other hospital I have been in out the water! I incorporated this procedure into my holiday, and with return transport to my hotel, I really couldn't fault it. My experience here was outstanding and the care continues at home with constant contact with them if you need it. Highly recommended!!

Whilst on holiday my son had an eczema flare up that required immediate treatment so I contacted yücelen hospitals. I was contacted very quickly by Emsal (international patient liaison) on a Sunday afternoon first by what’s app and then by telephone. She arranged collection from Marmaris the following morning taking us to the hospital in mügla where she personally greeted us takings the see a dermatologist who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He accessed the current medication (steroid based cream) and prescribed some different options as well as offering some other short term advice on dietary changes . I first contacted the Yucelen hospital from London as I was planning a half term holiday with my family in Fethiye I was looking for a hospital which can do a dental work and a hair implant too. Even if it was very short notice the hospital organised everything for me. I was picked up from the hotel for my dental appointment I had everything done 4 tooth in 5 days. ( 3 appointments) Then on the day before last of our holiday I had done my hair implant. Everything was perfect and painless for start to finish. . Now on second morning I had my first wash and I’m good to go. I will recommend YUCELEN HOSPITAL ORTACA to everyone who needs a worry less, professional treatment regardless. If it is dental or hair.

My husband came to this hospital in an emergency, he was treated with excellent care right from the very start we arrived, a big big thank you to front desk reception staff, all night and day nurses, all translators and staff who helped us filling in the forms big big thank you Gazi, Bugra, Burcu and finally a big big thank you to Dr. Kubilay, all were absolutely brilliant, we really appreciated the care, treatment and attention my husband received.

Top of the line care and treatments. My exceptional experience concerning patient relationship is unmatched. From the moment l arrive, until my departure, l am escorted and looked after. Çağla Aslı Gülduran has always been extremly attentive, knowledgable and caring. What a blessing it is to see her on each of my many visits. Emsal Uysal, also bilingual, has assisted me. They all make sure l am offered food and drink and have even escorted me to the pharmacy next door to hospital. Each Doctor I have seen, from cardiology to neurology and estheticians, have been top notch. Kuddos to Yücelen Hospital.

I was taken to the hospital after slipping when exiting the shower. I was conveyed to yuxelen hospital marmaris where I can only describe the treatment and quality of care as outstanding. within 10minutes of arrival my injuries were diagnosed. multiple fractures to my right wrist. within 1 hr of arrival I was booked for surgery the following day. the aftercare service was excellent as was the hygiene was exceptional. also there were interpreters available when required. many thanks to all involved

Erim was invaluable in helping and supporting our family to coordinate with an air ambulance service to repatriate her as swiftly as possible. M. Erim ELÇİN is an asset to this hospital.

I had Botox done around the eyes and fillers in the mouth area. In addition, a rejuvenation process was applied to the face and neck skin with hyaluronic acid. My doctor Nurşin's hand was very light. I didn't feel any pain. The result was incredibly natural and I went down from 42 to 32 in an instant...:)))
