I experienced a brilliant service from the Nappy Lady. The initial recommendations were so helpful and gave thorough explanations of the use of all Nappies recommended. I went ahead and ordered a nappy hire bundle. They arrived a few weeks before my due date, so I've had a lovely time organising and getting thing ready for babies' arrival. I can't wait to use them.

I ordered the ultra liners as they can be washed and used again when not soiled. They arrived timely, are priced well, and work exactly as described allowing multiple uses. Will come back to the nappy lady again!

The ladies that I spoke were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions from strip washing, to boosters. I’m still not sure that I’m happy with the fleece liners because there is still fluff on my daughter when I change her. And I’ve tried 2 different brands. And the reusable wipes with the fleece side are a bit harder to use. Thanks for all your help, but I will get something else next time.
