Fantastic service! So glad I decided to use cloth for my 2nd child, I'd never considered it with my 6 year old but wish I had. Filled out the questionnaire and received my recommendations the following evening. Placed my order and delivery was so quick! Highly recommend, even if you are just interested in what nappies the nappy lady recommends. Theres no obligation to buy but I don't think you'd be disappointed especially with the vast range available!

Excellent service on recommendations to get started. Products arrived securely packaged but not full of plastic which was great. So far everything has worked brilliantly. One of the nappies was missing a popper on arrival, I sent an email and had a very quick response and a replacement sent straight out, with a prepaid label to return the daily item. Great customer service.

Incredibly helpful and fast response. The video demonstrations of the different nappy types were also very useful. I’ve ordered mu first kit, yet to use it as baby isn’t due until February but very pleased with the quality of the nappies and look forward to using them in the future :)
