Was worried that the colours would run looking at the other reviews but the light blue ones didn't.

The nappy lady was really helpful and provided me with some great first time nappy recommendations. I was finding it all too overwhelming but after getting in too I felt a sense of relief. I have bought several different brands to start out with, to determine which may be better once baby is here. Thank you!!

You can truly get everything you need from The Nappy Lady. The best part of shopping here however is the service. I used their recommendation option and since we already had few items purchased, I emailed them back asking about incorporating products we had already. Got great advice and felt fully supported and not even once did they try to convince me to order from their website or choose one of their own products, as opposed to some other brand. Wendy & Imogen - true stars :) Would recommend The Nappy Lady to anyone who considers choosing / swapping to reusable nappies. Also, ordered late at night and woke up in the morning to an email saying that it's all packed and shipped (8am on Sat!). Can't fault at all and will definitely use them again when we need to buy some more products.

Great variety of products at reasonable prices. The real nappy week sale meant that I could stock up on a variety of totsbots all in ones, little lamb boosters, nappy pods and swim nappies. All different brands but just one order!

The Nappy Lady website is awesome! The questionnaire service where they recommend specific nappies to suit you and your baby is super useful. They also have a really good range of brands and products. I’ve ordered a few times and always received my order really quickly, plus shipping is reasonable. Can’t recommend it more!

I did the quiz and the options presented were perfectly tailored to our individual situation (which is pretty unusual as we live on a boat). There were fast responses to my questions and the ladies at Nappy Lady made me feel a lot more clued up about reusables!
