Servers from this company are trying to hack my Microsoft account hundreds of times a day. I have notified them of the Ip address and have received no response.

Spam friendly. Spammers operate with complete impunity, including those spammers engaging in criminal fraud such as phishing or outright theft.

We have been with ColoCrossing for 8 years now and have nothing but good things to say about their service. As far as I can recall, we have never had any downtime during these 8 years. Support is incredibly fast, they usually respond in just a few minutes after submitting a request. All their staff are well trained and take care of any task we throw at them. I can't really find anything negative to say about them. I just hope this level of service continues for our future with them. I am not sure why they have any negative reviews as they take spam seriously. They have their own in house mail volume tracking which null routes IP's that have a high volume of mail. They also work closely with Spamhaus to keep spammers off their network. I can only think the negative reviews here are fake or from people with baseless information.

Colocrossing is tone deaf when it comes to spam prevention and enforcement. I've submitted spam abuse complaints too numerous to count. It's a big waste of time as this bush league outfit will do absolutely nothing with any complaint.
