Spam Source With a Very Poor Reputation

Do not reward these illegitimate criminals with your business. I have been receiving a ton of spam from these people for many months in defiance of the Australian Spam Act 2003. And since attempting to report the spam directly to them I have been getting even more from them as a petty revenge. They host SEO scammers that send out obviously fraudulent messages using verifiably false physical addresses. At first I submitted the spam to SpamCop and the messages were ignored. It took me a lot of messages to their support people but I finally got this sanctimonious reply from a Soheil G in which they accused me of "spamming" their abuse service for reporting their spam twice a day! They suggested that the spam was legitimate lead generation despite the fact that I was getting the same or similar spam multiple times a day for months, from an illegitimate address, with a gmail reply-to address and no company name mentioned. They also told me in different correspondence that that they block all SpamCop reports and regard their messages as abuse too! In their final condescending reply they had the hide to tell me to "hire someone that deals with abuse on your end that understands the law."!!! "Hi, it looks like we did receive your spam e-mails (where you send individual snippets for the same reported IP up to twice a day, we consider this spamming us and abusing our abuse report system) regarding alleged spam, where you failed to properly clarify in a single one of your reports what makes the e-mail you are reporting considered spam. You alleged that the people e-mailing you are SEO scammers, called it spam, without describing why it's spam (did you opt out? are you receiving an e-mail after you told them to not e-mail you?) Your report just includes an output from your filtering system, which seems to be doing its job based on how you set it up, and even your system is considering it and labeling it as "POSSIBLE" spam. The e-mail you report clearly has a method of unsubscribing, which you did not state works or not, you did not state if you did or did not subscribe in the first place, and literally no information or context whatsoever. He's just asking you about a proposal. I do not know if you requested it, signed up somewhere because you provided literally zero information. In addition, as a business, we get proposals all the time, they're called leads, so I do not know what you consider to be a business proposal or spam. We actually need any shred of evidence or explanation before we immediately take action and that evidence can't be presented via your reporting of the same IP address eight times within a week, in separate e-mail chains, without you mentioning any information other than calling every singular e-mail you forward to us "spam." It's also hard to piece it all together when they are in separate reports and we process many of these requests as they come in and not in bundles based on each specific reporter. I am closing this ticket, it's not where we provide support, nor do we provide support guiding people how to make a proper report. You can contact anyone competent on your team to do that, or hire someone that deals with abuse on your end that understands the law."

Notorious spam source

Notorious spam source. Since the middle of September I have been receiving spam originating from their IP addresses. It is now the middle of November and I have received over 100 from them. Forward to abuse, no acknowledgement, the spam keeps coming. They do nothing. They also do not respond to ARIN requests for IP record verification. Don't care. Do NOT do business with this sleazy outfit!

DO NOT TRUST COLOCROSSING!

DO NOT TRUST COLOCROSSING! They operate a site called LowEndBox.Com. This site is run by CC and the vast majority of the offerings are from providers who are directly connected to CC servers. In one week four different providers - all the same people - just decided to shut down after collecting months of yearly subscriptions. ColoCrossing decides to NOT allow any postings pointing out this blatant fraud and to boot continued to allow these companies to post offers on the same day they announced going out of business. Repeated attempts to post anything on that website are not allowed as it shows ColoCrossing is a provider to fraudelent companies and not only does nothing about it but does everything it can to prohibit anyone from letting others know this fraud is going on. They are very willing participants in this now.

Very bad experience --> SparkVPS

Very bad experience. Slow speeds. Disconnects. SparkVPS is a reseller of ColoCrossing provided servers. Terrible customer service. They ignore your support tickets for months. Do not purchase their 'package deals' or 'specials'. It's like paying for garbage that causes you a headache.

Don't trust them they willingly lie.

I am leaving a bad review for this company due to outright false claims and advertising through their website LowEndBox.Com which is clearly listed as part of the VSNX companies. The issue is false and misleading claims on this website but not allowing comments disputing these claims on same website. A case in point: "SparkVPS‘ own Dylan has recently shared with us a flash sale they are running on KVM VPS’s in their Dallas and New York datacenters" SparkVPS does not own or operate a single datacenter. They are a reseller of ColoCrossing services and any posts claiming otherwise are false. As these posts are not made by the companies but by the website operators (also ColoCrossing) they are well aware of this as well as the fact that almost EVERY offering on this website are ColoCrossing customers. As they knowingly posted this false/misleading claim willingly it makes one wonder how many other times they have put misleading or false information in their posts to encourage business with their customers. In addition they filter and block reviews they seem to deem unsatisfactory as they did my post questioning this information

Colocrossing.com sponsors systematic…

Colocrossing.com sponsors systematic scam by offering servers via lowendbox.com They operate by selling customers annual, biennial or 3 years server plans via puppet companies. Once customers prepaid for a year, 2 years, 3 years of service, the company will oversell the server. Customers will never get the server resource they bought in the first place. Once the customer is longer than 180 days, the maximum protection offered by PayPal, the company will terminate the server. Customers who lost money won't get their money back because of 180days.

With a 1 year contract commitment and…

With a 1 year contract commitment and numerous billing issues to me it just wasn't worth it. When so many others are a month to month. For the required commitment they offered really nothing better than anyone else.

Best Value Professional Co-Location services

Low cost and secure co-location services. It would be hard to provide the redundant HVAC and power plus network and security at a lower cost doing it yourself. While we do our own server management, ColoCrossing notifies us if they notice servers beeping or anything out of the ordinary 24/7.
