This travel company needs to avoid booking flights for their customers with BA whenever possible. You are a reputable travel company with a duty of care so please protect your customers from suffering at the hands of this awful airline and having their holiday ruined. Your customers need to be pre warned they are at risk of facing disruption if they choose to fly with BA - if it’s the only quote you can provide them that meets the dates they need to travel etc. The level of customer service we received from BA due to cancelled flights on the day of travel and our missing checked in bags was an absolute disgrace. I would hate any of your customers to experience the distress we’ve been through due to BA’s total disregard of their passengers.

I went on a trip of a lifetime, and I found a company that would plan my trip for me with the destinations that I wanted to go. (which was ideal, so NO STRESS). My adviser was Scott Berry at Travel Nation, whom was very knowledgeable, responsive to emails and calls, and always on hand, even if I had the stupidest of questions. I went to San Francisco, and French Polynesia, and Scott was right in saying to go to different Islands and not just to one as it may be boring. I experienced, Tahiti, Huahine, Moorea and Bora Bora. And I have to say that out of the Islands that I visited was Huahine. Less developed, relaxing, and so friendly and welcoming :) Another thing which I would suggest is maybe wear a mask on these long haul flights, as I got sick once on holiday. But apart from that, I had an amazing holiday, I was met by a representative at Tahiti, with all my documentation. All transfers spot on, and accommodation was amazing. So a big Thank you to Scott for making my trip the best it could be!!!! I want to go away AGAIN!!!!! Scott I will be in touch.

At the start of the year I went on a four month trip to Australia and New Zealand, with a 2 day stop in San Francisco on the way there and a 3 days stop in Singapore on the way back. Travel Nation organized and booked and booked all my flights for me and also recommended and booked a great group trip in Australia. We wanted to add to the excellent reviews for Travel Nation. Initially Chris West then David Taylor put together our trip of our lifetime around the world. India, Nepal Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. To complete such a wonderful trip with absolutely everything going to plan was just fabulous. The arranged ground tours, guides and drivers form Creative Travel were excellent. A special thank you to the brilliant service we received from our driver in India who was called "Happy". Between India and Nepal we had 6 hotels, 3 internal flights and 1 train journey, Creative Travel were there, always on time to lift and lay us to the next step of our trip. Highlights in India, The Taj Mahal (of course) and the 2nd oldest City in the world, Varanasi. A wonderful trip around the River Ganges is a must see experience. We had 12 flights around the world where Chris and David arranged the best flight times and the best Airlines (in our opinion). Not to mention The Vande Bharat Express Train. We then continued without guides to Melbourne, self drive down the Great Ocean Road. Then off to New Zealand to experience the thermal activity around Rotorura. Then a long flight to Vancouver with a self drive across the Rocky Mountains visiting Jasper, Banff, Lake Louise and finally Calgary where our flight to London completed our round the world experience. We are still considering the final part of our travel aspirations to China and Japan where we will absolutely ask Travel Nation to help us arrange. Thank you Chris and David. We are absolutely delighted with the service from Travel Nation; our advisor Ruth Koessel went above and beyond in every single way. From our first enquiry, to questions we had about flights towards the end of our trip, the service was exemplary and we always felt like Ruth had our back if we came into any difficulties. We spent two years planning our 3 month trip to Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. It was very complex and detailed in order to fit so much in, in such a short amount of time and Ruth helped us immensely from planning detailed itineraries (particularly NZ) to advising on costs so we could budget. Throughout our many conversations and emails she was always punctual, professional, responsive and thorough and a pleasure to speak to. We were very demanding and changed our plans considerably at first which Ruth was always relaxed and accommodating about which was ace. When we finally came to booking our trip all the documentation she provided around our itinerary was very clearly presented and detailed, but easy to understand. We received great personal service and advice throughout the planning of our holiday to the west coast of Canada and the end result was great. Jim at Travel Nation complied an itinerary that allowed us the right amount of time at each destination, with quality hotels and we were able to visit and see everything we had hoped to without being too rushed or under pressure. We recently came back from a 2-weeks family holiday in Cambodia via Bangkok and cannot thank Scott and Travel Nation enough for organizing the most amazing trip with some unforgettable experiences! Everything was perfectly arrranged - fabulous accommodations, super comfortable transfers, the kindest and most helpful guides and really unique adventures (cycling around the temples of Angkor, breakfast in a local Khmer house, night tuktuk street food tour in Bangkok) - all were Scott’s suggestions. These experiences were organised in a really thoughtful and respectful way and we felt they allowed us to properly experience the local Khmer culture with its incredible history, fabulous foods and wonderful people. We travelled with kids (12 and 9 yrs old) and managed to fit in quite a lot of locations and adventures thanks to Scott’s meticulous planning and transfers. This is the first time we have used a travel agency - having backpacked in our younger days we always though an “organised” trip would not offer the same close immersion in local cultures, but we were wrong - it really depends on the agency and I think we found our fit with Travel Nation. We’ll be calling Scott again for the next family adventure. The kids loved our local guides (Tina, Sombat, Kimchan) so much they were absolutely distraught to leave!

David was a brilliant consultant, helping us with the initial booking, securing us great prices and then supporting us with some of the changes we wanted to make during our trip. I've used Travel Nation for a few big trips now and have been very pleased with their service. We had a 12 week round the world trip booked departing on 1 April 2020!! They dealt with rolling the trip forward 3 times and several itinerary changes and us getting covid the week before we were due to go. We also needed quite detailed information for our travel insurance claim which they duly provided. We choose to split the holiday in two, and have just returned from the 2nd trip- both were great holidays and we've returned with fabulous memories. Thanks Travel Nation and particularly Charlie.
