Our agent, Adam earned his salary making adjustments caused by us and then later by cancelled airline flights. It was particularly reassuring that we had seats reserved on flights in advance. We asked for a combination of planes, trains and accommodation and his choices and suggestions were all sensible and worked out well. Not cheap but worth it for the feeling of security. As good as Trailfinders who sadly gave huge amounts of money to the Tories which annoyed us.

I spent a month in French Polynesia. The first 19 days were with a close friend and we island-hopped through six of the Society Islands. Travel Nation arranged all the flights to, from and within French Polynesia, all the transfers, all the hotels, and a number of excursions. The arrangements were all absolutely superb. All the hotels were excellent, all the transfers were perfect, and all the excursions were enjoyable. I was very impressed with Travel Nation, and will certainly travel with them again.

We recently came back from a 16-day self-drive holiday through Travelnation to explore Western Canada, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we started the process, our booking agent, Tracey Smith, made all the difference. She truly understood what we were looking for—an adventure that focused on nature, wildlife, and unforgettable experiences like whale watching. Having been to Canada before, she brought incredible local knowledge that you just can't get from a brochure. Tracey listened carefully to our wishes, even finding us a unique opportunity to see bears, which is a rare experience typically only available with very mature animals (over 10 years old). It was such a special part of the trip! It wasn't an easy trip with Drumheller for dinosaurs, Banff for glacial lakes, Golden for white-water rafting, Revelstoke for downhill rollercoasters, Vancouver Island for bioluminescence kayaking, Tofino for surfing and Campbell river for whale watching, we packed a lot in ! One thing we really appreciated was the freedom Tracey gave us to explore at our own pace. While she organized everything—from flights to ferries to excursions—she ensured we had the flexibility to enjoy certain days on our own. Even more impressively, she kept in touch during our trip, ensuring we didn't miss any changes to excursion times and offering helpful reminders. The hotels she selected were incredible, with great pools, and while the driving distances were long, they were enjoyable and part of the adventure. When Jasper unfortunately experienced a wildfire this summer and we had to change our plans suddenly, Tracey was incredibly responsive, quickly re-routing us and helping us adapt to a new itinerary. We can’t thank Tracey enough for her care and attention throughout the planning and during our trip. Looking back, our holiday was flawless, and so much of that was thanks to Tracey and Travelnation. We’ll certainly be booking another amazing adventure with them again!

Taking a trip down-under we turned again to Travel Nation. Our Consultant Chris was friendly, knowledgeable & extremely professional putting together an itinerary, which over three weeks ran like clockwork. From Emirates flights, what a great Airline, to our Treasury on Collins base in Melbourne, a lovely hotel & very central, the Travel Nation choices could not be faulted. We drove down the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne to Adelaide staying in Apollo Bay, Port Fairy & Robe where the accommodations were extremely comfortable & centrally situated. We spent a weekend in Adelaide where again the accommodation was ideally placed. Armed with Google Maps we walked everywhere. We returned via Dubai spending a few nights in the Radisson Blu, Media City, which again hit the spot. Overall, the Itinerary/service could not be faulted so thank you Travel Nation & in particular, Chris.

Trip of a lifetime!! We had shopped around travel agents to help us book our Honeymoon and had a few bad experiences with some agents trying to push holidays on us to places we had already been and we had become a bit disheartened. This all changed when we sent our first email to Travel Nation. Natalie, our agent, arranged a telephone call at a time that suited us and we talked through our ideas. Natalie really listened to us, took on our ideas and gave her expert opinion. We didn't feel like we were pushed at all or that our ideas were not attainable. Her advice only made our ideas better and helped to fit within our budget. Nothing was too difficult for Natalie. Her communication was incredible, and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. Her response time to emails was always quick and answered in detail. She always let us know if any small problem came up straight away and she fixed it with no issue. We are now back from our Honeymoon and definitely have the Honeymoon blues. It was definitely a trip of a lifetime. Everything went so smoothly and to plan. It was perfect, every last moment. We are so grateful to Natalie and to Travel Nation.
