Die Zustellung via UPS hatte 20 Tage gedauert (Typisch für UPS, siehe deren Bewertungen) Aber HifiHut war jederzeit bemüht zu helfen und immer erreichbar 👍 Der Zugestellte Lautsprecher (Sennheiser Ambeo Max) war im Preis unschlagbar beim HifiHut und sehr gut verpackt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Euch bestellen 🥰

The lads at hifihut are brilliant. I ordered a sub without realising it was the size of a small country. They not only took it back and sent me one that was smaller, they also arranged for the first one to be collected at no cost to me. Two days after initial delivery and the second sub is now in place and sounds savage! Thankyou SO much to Steve and Derek for all their help and advice. You guys rock! Customer service to beat all!

I was absolutely delighted with the customer service I received from Hifihut when an issue arose with a product I had purchased from them a couple of years ago. They responded very promptly, couldn't have been more helpful and the issue was resolved quickly and to my absolute satisfaction. My next significant hifi purchase will certainly be from them.

I rang looking for a repair which they don't do. The assistant Terri recommended a place they use and answered my questions about a streamer and amp I'm thinking about. I'm still shopping around but I'll be going back when I'm buying.

Communication was excellent. They responded fast. Delivery was in time - as communicated with them. Had to wait for product to arrive but the time frame for delivery was held. In the first shipment to Slovenia one package was damaged by UPS. They took it back and got replacement without problems and in time. I can only recommend the shop and would buy from them any time. I wish i had such shops in Slovenia. Some did not even respond to my question. Thnx again for everything. Boris - Slovenia
