Slick service

The gift box I purchased to make the bottle more presentable was damaged. Obviously I cannot gift it like I was initially doing. I wrote to the company got a reply that was suggesting the fault lay with the delivery company how ever the box that everything was contained inside didn’t have any damage on at all suggesting this had happened before packed or during. I really wouldn’t have mind but they charge you for the box, I was refunded for the gift box but now have no time left before Xmas to order something else. Not even a replacement was sent. I wouldn’t use this company again!

Easy & interesting website to navigate. I wanted to purchase a British made bottle of vodka with a message for our nephew that I could have delivered. This was all perfect! Added a label for the e bottle and a personalised gift message. All delivered within a day of buying! Can’t yet comment on how good the vodka was but I’ll find out and if all is good would def order from Masons again. Thank you!!

I had a glass of 2 of pear and pink peppercorn when out for a meal in Lincoln. It was so nice I just had to order a bottle. Quick and efficient service. I will be ordering again no doubt.
