Fantastic quick service

I order the Tea edition for myself and my daughter after receiving a bottle as gift for Christmas. I found the ordering process easy and the speedy delivery very good. The bottles were, in my opinion, packaged well without excessive use of packaging. I would recommend purchasing from Masons of Yorkshire and I will definitely be purchasing more of their high quality gin in the future.

The level of service was exceptional. I had ordered a celebration bottle for a 70th birthday present online from Japan, where I am currently on holiday. For some reason, I hadn’t entered the recipient address correctly and it failed to register so the gin was delivered to my home address in Wiltshire. I received a message from the courier to say that they (obviously) could not deliver. I immediately phoned Anna at Masons from Tokyo and she not only ensured that the bottle was redirected (free of charge) and arrived in time back in Yorkshire but also sent me a photo showing where it had been left. She could not have been more helpful and I would recommend this company highly. The gin was also excellent !
