Another great experience

Dr Aysha and the nurse helping Maddie are a credit to this surgery. Dr Aysha is very informative and knowledgeable. As someone who doesn't particularly like going to the dentist she always makes me feel at ease and is considerate understanding my fear of the dentist. Maddie was gentle and calming which extremely helps the overall situation. Thank you both!

Really good experience

Really good experience, first visit to synergy Blackburn (first dentist visit in a while actually) and very happy. Really friendly, quick and easy to deal with. A couple of x-rays and a clean later and I'm all good. Took my 18 month old at the same time and they were great with her too. Highly recommend.

Life changing!

Very friendly and professional. Open and honest. I haven't smile for years and Synergy gave me that feeling back. First two days with my new smile I could feel like some muscle of my face were activated/relaxed for the first time since long time ago. I can't really describe the feeling. It was almost surreal and sad at the same time when I think about this. Why, I've waited so long to fix it! Anyway, one of the best decisions I've made in my life!

this clinic ( BLACKPOOL) could improve by actually seeing their patients two days my partner has been in excruciating pain with a cracked tooth suspected infection barely drank or eaten anything and barely slept when told no over the counter medication is touching the pain the response is sorry there's nothing we can do about that what a complete joke of a company she's a paying client not like she's a dole dosser wanting treatment for free!!!

I had wanted cosmetic bonding for a long time and have always been frightened of the dentist… I haven’t been able to smile in photos for years… the dentist made me feel so comfortable and took me thru every step! He has given back so much confidence and I truly love my new smile!

I first came to the Adlington clinic yesterday for an emergency tooth extraction. They saw me within 3 hours The lady dentist I saw was amazing. She explained every step of the process. I signed up on the way out for her to be my new dentist

Won’t book appointments without payment but won’t issue payment receipt

Phone the local Bolton branch and booked appointment for scale removal and checkup. Turn up on day, dentist informs me appointment is only for check up. Will need to book another appointment for scale removal. Bit annoyed as I clearly informed my needs when I booked appointment originally. Anyhow not big issue, walk back down to reception to book appointment for scale removal. So appointment is next week, but need to pay £80 upfront. Found it strange but complied. Ask for receipt for my payment, advised we can’t issue receipt until treatment is provided. You won’t book appointment until I pay, and then won’t issue a receipt. GET LOST. I cancelled everything and go to dentist practice where owner is actually on-site. Synergy has lost all common sense
