Incredibly Professional and Reassuring

Due to not having visited a dentist in more years than I care to admit, my treatment is quite extensive. Natalie explained everything in detail during my consult so I needed to ask no questions and on the day of treatment I knew exactly what to expect. During the treatment she was reassuring and allowed for regular breaks to ensure I was comfortable. I’m now not at all nervous to go back for stage 2 and can highly recommend Synergy

Had a very warm welcome

Had a very warm welcome, and my appointment was very informative, I felt very at ease and had my questions answered about implants. This was also laid out in a report which I received with my options for dental treatment within 24hrs. And there was no hard sale. 👍🏻 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

AWFUL, PLEASE AVOID

Went in for a filling in august, and I'm still having issues with it today,. As soon as I came home, I was numb until 11pm at night which is a big difference from the 1-2 hours they told me I'd be numb. However, I noticed I couldn't eat without being in horrendous pain. I contacted the dentist and was told I'd have to pay to get it fixed. I refused and contacted the ceo, to which they offered a refund or have another dentist fix it for free - which I unfortunately ended up picking. I was booked in, he checked the tooth, put some paste on and that was it. The pain was still there, so a month later 1 contacted again, this time to get the filling replaced. It's now the 20th December and I still can't eat without being in pain. l've asked for a refund to get this sorted elsewhere, but they've refused to give me one. It's absolutely disgusting the way they treat their patients. For 2 of their dentists to not be able to do something as simple as a filling says a lot about the practice. I've been in agony since August, and have had to take so much time off work to attend these appointments. I'm now going to have to fork out £130+ to get this sorted elsewhere. Also, they definitely drilled too much of the tooth. The side of my tooth is sharp whenever I run my tongue along it. I've contacted the ceo again, but this time I've been ignored, so 1'll be taking this to the Dental Complaints Service. I've got a friend in Blackburn who's at Synergy and she had the exact same issue with her filling, She ended up having to fork out hundreds out pounds to get a root canal because of the problems they caused.

Great dentist

Very easy to get an appointment, prices very similar to nhs dental, couldn’t be happier with the dental work I’ve had so far, the dentist is very patient and professional and finally I’m not scared of going to dentist.

I have been going to synergy for a few years now and and never have a problem always seen on my time and very caring staff also the treatment is very good
