Newfound confidence in my dental health

This was my first dentist appointment in 11 years, and I was really impressed by the whole experience. The reception staff was welcoming and the waiting area was spotless and comfortable. The dentist I had (Kash) was extremely skilled and took the time to explain the process every step of the way. I left feeling confident in my dental health and I’ve booked my follow up!

I’m new to the area so needed to…

I’m new to the area so needed to register with a reliable and professional practitioner! Was let down by many other dental practices in the area! And then I stumbled across this little gem! Amazing team! Professional & reliable.

They take away the fear of dentists.

Since joining as an NHS patient last year I can’t fault the service of the reception staff or Dr Natalie for both routine and more intrusive work. She explains everything fully and has a really great approach to patients. Just had an unpleasant extraction and she was caring and professional throughout. I’d had no dental treatment for since Covid and my teeth weren’t in the best order but she has allowed me be able to smile again without feeling self conscious. The staff at Burscough are, from my experience, faultless.

First & foremost the reception lady how rude when she spoke and the dentist whilst opening my mouth offered me an injection when not needed plus very harsh when using tools or when she was touching my mouth I would not recommend this dentist

I rang up for an appointment on Tuesday…

I rang up for an appointment on Tuesday and got one for Wednesday just before 12,and I said my back molar tooth had chipped,so I turned up at padiham practice sat in the chair, and he (literally)looked in my mouth and said the tooth is ok just keep it clean,he gave me a prescription for some special toothpaste and told me to getvit stamped at the desk,so I obliged but as I was walking out of the surgery I got told I had to pay £25 (he never did anything at all just looked at the tooth and said its fine) but the receptionist said it's £25 for an emergency appointment,I NEVER asked for anything of the sort...I asked for an appointment NOT a so called Emergency appointment,so why the hell have I got charged £25 for some one to literally look at my tooth and say its OK...that is an ABSOLUTE insult and I feel ripped off,it's scandalous that he said six words to me in about a 3 to 4 minute appointment and I got told it was an emergency appointment.....what a rip off synergy is ...its disgusting this has happened and to top it all I have just paid them £630 to have two dentures in,it's appalling, absolutely APPALLING I feel literally sick, the way I have been ripped off and treated, and I will be taking it further..

After many years with the same dentist…

After many years with the same dentist I was quite shocked and surprised when Synergy took over the practice. I was quite nervous when I went for my 1st. Appointment but I soon found I needn't have been. Right from the receptionists to seeing my new dentist I was made to feel very welcome and at ease. My new dentist has done a superb job and I'll have no qualms about seeing him for my next appointment. See you next month Synergy.

Surprisingly painless

I am absolutely terrified of dentist, always have been. Yesterday had my first appointment out of 3 with dr. Ansari. 2 fillings and 1 tooth extraction. I have got to say that the whole treatment was completely painless. Bit uncomfortable for sure, but that's to be expected. The treatment itself was nowhere near as bad as what I thought it would. Definitely feeling more at ease for the next one. Recommended Synergy to all nervous patients like myself.
