This is an excellent dental practice. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. My dentist Dr. Sana and my hygienist Rebecca are brilliant. They both explain everything clearly and make you feel so relaxed. Every treatment has been pain free. Thank you.

The timing of my appointment was as near to being seen as you could expect, the staff are easy to understand and easy to talk to, great customer service.

I was referred to Synergy for a general surgery from the NHS. It took more than 6 months for them to book in an appointment. One was cancelled the day before because the doctor was on annual leave. And then the doctor operating my surgery was under the impression that I will be having a local anaesthesia surgery even though it was stated clearly in the referral letter which they also received that I needed a general surgery. I called 3 times to check the clinic does perform this surgery and I was reassured by the receptionist they do. Turns out, as told to me by the doctor, the receptionists do not know that “general surgery” is a common term used in the medical field. The doctor was happy to do the local surgery regardless of the high risk if I wanted to — given that I was referred here to lower the risk.

Having not been to a dentist for a long time my anxiety levels were up in the roof , but from the minute i walked in you could feel how relaxed it was. The two ladies on reception put me at ease my name was called to see the dentist went in and again put at ease , he told me what everything what was going to happen and a treatment plan was made and I was finished, the service was excellent , from everyone I met on this day it was the service was excellent not sure what I expected to happen but it didn’t so glad I went so thankyou so much .

Friendly staff and service, quick to complete tasks and clean premises

Myself and two year old son was welcomed with two friendly faces on reception who ensured I was seen to quickly. I was then seen by a Dentist and dental nurse who was able to entertain my son whilst the dentist explained through my current dental concerns. The fact they were able to ensure I was informed of my current issues and how the future appointments should go was very reassuring.

What made my experience was the way my dentist reasured me all the way through my treatment and has made a very nervious and anxious person get the help he needed and i can now smile again. I would totally recommend my dentist to anyone.
