The dentist was really reassuring and kept me calm as I am a nervous patient at the dentist.

All the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous but the Dentist was very reassuring and explain things perfectly.

Seems to be a new male dentist downstairs who is absolutely lovely and i can’t fault. Felt comfortable throughout and no pain whatsoever! I no longer dread coming to the dentist

Very professional and friendly staff and the dentist is very gentle which is greatly appreciated as a nervous patient! Very accommodating as well, I had several last minute cancellations due to disability and they were absolutely fantastic with me and let me rearrange as an exception when NHS rules dictated I should have been struck off - shout out to the receptionist (Joanne I think?) who showed a lot of compassion and empathy as I sobbed down the phone to her due to anxiety last week. Genuinely can’t fault them at all, highly recommended especially if you’re a nervous/neurodiverse patient.
