I rang the dentist to book an emergency appointment. I spoke to a blond receptionist regarding my problem and concerns. I felt uncomfortable with my current situation and it was causing me distress and discomfort. She promptly booked in an emergency appointment for me for the next day. I was quite surprised by this and it immediately made me feel at ease. I was so pleased that the dentist was going to see me so quickly to help improve the outlook of my teeth and help me feel at ease. Today I went in to attend that appointment I booked into reception. I was greeted warmly with a bright smile and a cheerful hello by the receptionist. I waited Outside until it was my turn. The receptionist tapped on the window to notify me that it was my turn. Very bubbly warm lady. The lady dentist that I saw was quite efficient, patient and informative throughout my treatment. This made me feel immediately relaxed and I felt extremely comfortable. She listened to my concerns and explained her plan for me thoroughly. She explained the payment process and the reason I was going to be charged to ensure I knew what I was paying for and why. I found all the girls in the dentist helpful and informative. Love the receptionists warmth and efficient ability The dentist I attended was in Burscough Thank you for making me feel at ease throughout my appointment it was greatly appreciated. Suzanne

Stage 1 of two implants went well. No pain at all … after the initial needle nicks. I also really appreciated a welfare call the day after from the lovely Sophie. Excellent.

Was made to feel at ease as I'm very anxious when I need to visit the dentist as my teeth are shocking. Was given my options on treatment and given an appt for ct scan within 48hrs. I was paying for this so not sure if my appt was quick because of this reason but I was very happy

I would highly recommend and cannot fault the service at all!

I have just had composite bonding treatment with Adam Patel at Synergy and would highly recommend Adam and the team at Synergy! I am absolutely over the moon with the result. Adam listened to everything I wanted which was a natural but more whiter and brighter smile! I've had so many compliments about my new smile and I can't stop smiling!! I wanted the work doing in a particular timeframe but went into this knowing that might not be achieved but Adam made sure it happened before my holiday as promised. The price was reasonable and I liked how honest Adam was in terms of what was and wasn't needed based on the condition of my original teeth. For me trust in a dentist is so important based on previous negative experiences with other practices. I would definitely return for any future treatment and would highly recommend!
