They treated me great. They have good knowledge and complete focus on our condition. and they give every input we required. and they make us feel so comfortable and very friendly. Highly recommended.

After making several trips to this clinic for urgent treatment on three separate occasions the same problem is still not resolved. I have seen different dentists each time which the rude and unhelpful receptionist kindly informed me that there are no named dentists which is fine, however when one told me to come in for a referral, then I saw a different dentist who put a temporary filling in and said rebook with him as there is no referral needed he can extract himself. To attending this appointment and it being with a different dentist who examined my mouth with no light or reclining the chair (never experienced this before) to telling me to book in with the hygienist, the problem was still present. I then made another urgent appointment and saw another dentist who said my tooth seems fine and gave a course of antibiotics and if no better to come back for a root canal. How can a tooth that is fine need a root canal? Anyway when I called to arrange a routine appointment (answered the phone as synergy dental, no name given on 22.01.2025) and express my concerns an appointment was confirmed it was booked via text as whilst I was mid conversation explaining conveniently the call handler could not hear me and the call got terminated without her even notifying myself although I could hear her perfectly mutter that she could not hear me and hung up. Not even a call back. Shocking service overall, and I would not recommend.

Every single member of staff was friendly and welcoming. I was put at ease in the treatment room immediately and was talked through the procedure in detail. I felt individual and was treated with care and respect

Had a slight gap inbetween my 2 upper front teeth and a chip off one of them which really bothered me. “Mak” carried out composite bonding and I am thrilled with the result. He is an absolute perfectionist! Affordable and pain free.
