mak was very good with repairing my teeth starting with some extractions then, fillings/bondings and was very professional all the way through the process, all the staff are very friendly and helpful would recommend

The 2 ladies i had, Alex and Asma where fantastic. Gave me a proper check up and made sure my teeth were right before I left.

The dentist was friendly took his time to talk me through my xray, he told me he was happy with my teeth and my dental routine

Awful awful service. Contacted them and was told I’d be taken on as a paying NHS patient. So saw the dentist, had a check up, made a follow up appointment and then paid an NHS fee. Only to be told on the follow up that I wasn’t registered as an NHS patient but could go private. Not sure how they took an NHS fee if I wasn’t registered as a patient. So a week later I’m still waiting for the refund and having to chase it up. I can only make my own conclusions as to why it changed from an NHS appointment to private. I’d never go again as I have no trust in them.

I recently lost a filling that was done last year. I contacted Synergy and was seen the next day. An appointment was then made to replace the filling. This time I was treated by Becky who was absolutely amazing. Like a lot of people I'm fairly nervous when it comes to the dentist. Becky was understanding and calm, explained everything she was doing and how long it was going to take. She has done an amazing job with this filling, taking the time to ensure my bite isn't affected and that everything was in good order. This was all done under warranty. Highly recommended.
