I met Louis Lamprell, at DMA Yachting through a Google search inquiry for a charter in the BVI. I was impressed with his immediate follow-up via phone call, text and email. Since I had reached out for numerous other charter options, he was not the only one in contact with me to help book the charter. Louis was persistent with his communication and various other options since the charter I had inquired about was already booked. Louis spent hours on the phone with me understanding our expectations of our family trip. Since we had never booked a charter, he put our mind at ease throughout every process. He found us the perfect match on a charter in the Bahamas. Louis made sure to connect with the Captain on our questions to make sure there was nothing that did not exceed our expectations. Louis was always available to us for any questions or concerns. He even arranged an e-foil rental on our behalf so that I didn't have to spend time looking. His services were very professional, honest and exceeded our expectations.

William was excellent at assisting at the last minute to locate the charter. He was super responsive and professional. The Oceana was the perfect fit for our family, not only the right size, but the best capitan and chef. Umbi is an amazingly kind and warm person. He took us to amazing locations and hikes and did everything to make sure we were well taken care of. Lindsey was awesome. She worked tirelessly cooking so many delicious dishes and accommodated everyone's dietary restrictions, from vegans, to gluten free. No small feat. Everything was perfect. The only way to really experience the BVI.

Chris was incredibly helpful in our first charter experience every step of the way. He helped us select the right boat, walked us through all the options available to us and helped ensure that we had an incredibly memorable experience. This was our first time ever booking a charter. We were fortunate enough to work with Marcelle who was fantastic from the beginning. We booked our trip 18 months out and can’t believe how responsive and helpful she was even though our trip was so far away. She was very helpful in helping us find the right boat for our trip, answering questions about crew, and provisioning. Any questions we had were answered right away and her experience and knowledge was comforting when we didn’t know what exactly to expect.
