Marcelle was extremely helpful and always in communication up to our trip. Then the day of our trip she checked in to make sure everything was going well. We have chartered with other companies before and Marcelle is a cut above everyone else. I give her 5 stars!

This was my second time chartering with DMA - another exceptional experience. Yana and Daniel were both very prompt and attentive with answering questions and guiding us to the right option. We had a hiccup with our planned itinerary (late in the process) and Daniel was able to make a quick adjustment which allowed us to take our trip exactly as planned.

Great experience! We used DMA for booking a 7-day sailing trip throughout the British Virgin Islands on a 40 foot catamaran boat for a group of four adults (two couples). DMA's broker Sarah was quite professional and friendly. She provided answers to our questions promptly and followed up often through the entire process and even during the trip to make sure we were happy. DMA offers a very smooth contracting process. Everything on the boat was as promised. The boat itself was clean and well provisioned. The crew was stellar. We always well taken care of. We plan to use DMA again in the future.

I was new to the chartering experience, started a bit late and needed some guidance in the process. William McNally from DMA responded quickly and with specific information that other brokers did not provide. He helped with scheduling, even recommending a challenge for our preferred dates, which we decided against.
