My first and last experience with…

My first and last experience with hotsquash has been awful. I sent the dress back since I didn't like the fitting. It has been 2 months now and I haven't received any communication or refund. I lost the count of the emails that I sent and calls that I made. I didn't receive any answer or feedback at all. This is the first time I'm dealing with a similar problem and I really don't know what to do.

Stumbled across Hot Squash by accident…

Stumbled across Hot Squash by accident looking for a dress to wear to a wedding, so glad I did…. Beautiful dress that actually fits a 5” 9’ lady, have received many compliments!! I love the fact that the clothes are made in Britain with good ethics , really good fabrics and have thoughtful little details like pockets in dresses..

Hole in the dress pocket…..

Lovely dress pattern and quick delivery. Size was larger than expected and there was a hole in the pocket. I was disappointed to have a bad fitting garment and bad quality workmanship for a higher (for me) priced dress.

Easy to use website kept me up to date with my item. Skirt is really great quality, a little on the long side but if I fold the band down it's perfect length.

The only hot thing about this company is the temper they have left me in

I brought a couple of items which ar white quash - they are expensive - nice material , over priced but I liked their ethos and being made in London. A Dress I brought first time I wore it I noticed the seam was wonky and looking closer poorly stitched not in a straight line and bumpy. I tried to contact them on the phone - no answer , I emailed and sent photos - they responded asking for more photos and proof of sale of which I sent and they responded they will pass it to their manufacturing dept - 10 days later and nothing - a maxi dress at £100 that most high shops would sell for £30-£40 and not have the quality issue and better customer service . I certainly won’t be paying this price again for poor workman ship and even worse customer service . The 5 items on my want want list are now going in the bin

Really poor and unhelpful customer…

Really poor and unhelpful customer service put me off for a while, but real problem is that the clothes are virtually identical season after season, year after year. I check in occasionally to see if there's anything new, but always disappointed. Shame, as I like the idea behind the brand. See no point in bothering to check in ever again
