Excellent service

The item was faulty and returned it straight away. I have not heard anything from them despite I have sent them an email to say I requested refund for the faulty item and informed them I have already returned it. Not good customer service

No customer service and missing refund. Use with extreme caution. I have left 5 voice massages and sent at least 4 emails. Also tried to contact them via social media. I know they have received my return as an exchange was issued but the return part of the order has disappeared along with my money and no one to talk to. Hot squash, please can you call me on the number I provided rather than email as I have responded to your emails and not had a response. Suspect I may be ending up in spam? Updated this as my emails were found in spam, I do not understand the phone issue but the main point is that once I was able to contact someone this was resolved asap. Thank you Jakub

really lovely quality and fast delivery. I recently recieved my 2nd purchase from HotSquash and was impressed once again by the quality of the garments! The 1st I had to send back as the shape just didn't suit me and the team were great at processing my refund quickly with no issues. My dress which arrived last week is a perfect fit, with fantastically handy pockets, and really fantastic quality!

The dress came quickly and looks lovely on. It hangs well and the skirt panels look great, if I swirl. The material is comfortable and cool. A great style!

Love the comfort of this jumpsuit and it looked great dressed up for a wedding. Obviously had to chip about 5inches off but as nobody seems to cater for 5ft 2 in women but still love it

I bought a dress which was such poor material all scrunched up awful and paper thin!!! (via Debenhams …) and I have been waiting for a return now Hot squash have contacted me soooo I am amending my previous review Hot Squash customer service have been in touch and they did not realise that Debenhams are not giving the customer service that should and they have now resolved everything and are returning the money to my account. So I would suggest go directly to Hot Squash as there customer service is excellent and do not use Debenhams Thank you I am trying to change the stars to 4 so if they don’t change sorry
