Excellent really pleased with my jumpsuits, would recommend.

This was my first order which I loved but unfortunately arrived with a small damage to the sleeve I returned it and asked for a replacement but it was out of stock. I was not surprised as it was a lovely item the material and cut. I was so disapointed but when Hot Squash received my return they sent me an e-mail straight away to ask me if I wanted to order a replacement item of the same value or a refund. I requested a refund and they actioned it immediately. What service! I will certainly order from them again. I would recommend you to use them..

Beautiful, timeless and elegant sequinned evening dress. Delivered promptly with adequate packaging. I contacted them by email to enquire about another dress which was out of stock in my size and I received a helpful and prompt reply from an actual person, not an automated email. This is my first experience buying from HotSquash and I’m very happy. Thank you.

I purchased a few dresses from this retailer towards the end of November. I returned them in December. I'm still waiting for a refund well over their policy of refunding 21 working days later. I've tried emailing customer service; they have a policy of responding within 24 hours. I've not had any response at all. I've tried phoning, and they don't answer the phone at all. As much as their clothes look lovely, they are NOT worth the hassle because it's impossible to speak to someone or to get a refund. I will NEVER order with them again, and I will be complaining to my bank and disputing the charge now. Word to the wise, don't buy anything directly from them ever!! EDIT Following their Response: The phone lines have not been busy--they just ring and ring and ring. I emailed contact@HotSquash .com on the 6th January via my personal email address, the one used to place the order, but no response. The info@HotSquash .com email address is specifically listed as one for business transaction, not retail to normal customers like me. I have even attempted to contact the company via Messenger on Facebook. All of my methods of contact have been completely ignored, and I'm really quite angry that the company have not apologised or even provided a resolution, despite me reaching out to them in so many ways, including leaving this review on Trustpilot! It's just ridiculously poor customer service, and it shows an absolute lack of care for the customer.

The dress I ordered arrived easily within the expected time. It had a loose thread on the front at the v-neck, which was a little disappointing on an £100 dress. It was actually a lovely dress but it didn't fit me very well, which is why I returned it. The returns process was very straightforward. But I will definitely look at the site again for future shopping.

The black and white jumpsuit I ordered was beautiful. Excellent fit, good weight material and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately I had to send it back as I wanted it for my son’s wedding in Australia and I didn’t feel it was posh enough for Mother of the Groom. Any other occasion and it would have been perfect. The wedding isn’t until September so I shall keep looking on HotSquash web site as I’m sure something appropriate will turn up. HotSquash service was faultless.

The dresss ordered arrived on time and was packed well, unfortunately the colour was not at all as it appeared in the picture It looked a Pillar Box Red but in reality it was a very dull red, the dress was lovely and fitted well but the colour let it down, so unfortunately I sent it back.

Love this dress, comfy, flattering and can be dressed up or casual. Would recommend, considering buying a second one!
