I've tried to order twice but never received any communication, not even an order confirmation. Both time my money has been refunded a few days later without any explanation and no goods despatched.

My dresses were packaged beautifully when they arrived. Dresses fitted perfectly :) made me feel elegant and special. Wore one for a wedding in November, I had lots of wonderful comments on that day and shared with people the dress was warm because of the material used. I recommended a few people to your website, on that day. Look forward to wearing the other dress over the xmas period. Thank you once again.

Website support is very poor False advertising it is !! they put massive sale item on their website/online , you put an order then gets a message a few days after to say your payment is being refunded as there was no stock of your order!! re checked website and found still on stock but on a higher price !! customer service not able to justify and makes excuses about website problems!! Not able to sort your concerns and had not even got an appropriate answer to your query !! False advertising big time !!! do don’t get your hopes high when you place an order or thought you found a good bargain!! your just wasting your time !!! Look somewhere else !!!

Gorgeous dresses but fitting is very poor, over priced for the quality too…disappointing as I was really looking to wearing one to a Christmas party

I ordered a number of items for next day delivery which didn't arrive. I contacted customer services who were helpful and promptly refunded the extra amount I'd paid for P & P. When the dresses did arrive, unfortunately the style just didn't suit me, so I had to return them. Again the processing, response and initiation of the refund has been very prompt. I really liked what I saw on their website and I'm sure I'll be ordering again

Service was great but the sizing was off on both items so sadly returned.

Discovered Hot Squash when looking for a dress for a late October wedding.I wanted something I could wear without the bother of a coat.I bought the Ascot wrap dress in Burgundy and wore it with nude shoes.It looked lovely,I had many compliments and best of all even when standing outside for an hour while they did the photos I was lovely and cosy.The dress washed and dried beautifully. I have since bought several more dresses to see me through the winter. Well worth the money.
