Have to say this is an excellent company, we book all our holidays through this company and deal with David. He I s very helpful and excellent at his job, he hasn't let us down have to say anywhere he sent us everything was very good. What an amazing experience. Genuinely thought i was talking to a computer response system. was amazed to find it was a human. Oscar Smith. He was so helpful and told me how to go ahead with my difficulties i was having. I explained the whole situation even though the booking was not with yourselves and told me what my rights were in general, making clear that companies do differentiate. I have been so grateful to Oscar telling me what my consumer rights are and not giving me the advice because I was not booked through yourselves. I would like to give my personal thanks to Oscar and think he should be commended in how professional he had been on the phone and liaising with a customer. A real credit to you as a company.
