I was dealing with Adam. It was my first time on this site. He was very efficient and helpful.

Leo was excellent, he was able to give me quotes for different airportd and flight times in order to find the best option for me. He was also able to find me a suitable hotel when the original hotel that I wanted wasn't available on the dates I wanted. I was also emailed all of my booking info and vouchers etc within 15 mins of bookingOverall he made the process smooth and hassle free. Would recommend

I would highy recommend Jacqui Jones as your travel consultant. While i have not been on holiday yet. Jacqui's customer service is top class. She was very patient as we tried together to find a holiday suitable for us. Has answered my calls and emails promptly and dealt with my queries. Booked everything for me, and sent all the documentation on, all i have to do is print them off. Thank you Jacqui.

Paul was brilliant no messing

I saw an email advertising a bargin deal to Budapest for the Xmas markets. Left a message for a call back which came quicker than expected. Leo took all my details and came up with a few options. He rang me back a few times and he finally came up with the travel arrangements and hotel which suited us better. We booked there and then and within a short period of time we had all the documentation sent by email. Good professional service would highly recommend Leo and his team.

Had my reservations at first - booked a trip to Venice after seeing the offer on TravelZoo, and although the initial offer price wasn't available the price was still very good. Molly was very thorough in making sure she had all the details correct before booking, and everything went through very quickly. Having now been on the trip, I needn't have worried about anything - all exactly as it should have been, and they even emailed me with advice on travelling around Brexit! All in all, very good indeed and will happily book with them again.
