We dealt with Matthew. I have to say he was extremely professional, helpful and patient. He continued to stay on the phone until nearly 9.00 p.m. in order to organise everything we needed. I thank him for his patience as we are not frequent flyers and at no stage despite the time of day did I feel that he was getting frustrated with me.
