I ordered the wrong size trainers and Ayzedclothing were approachable, quick to respond and quick to issue a refund once I had returned the shoes. There is a real care-for-the-customer attitude that you might not always get with some of the bigger companies.

The item is exactly as expected, did notice on the tag that the item purchased was only to be sold in Japan. Original item but only for retail in Asia.

bought a small bag from them but didn't like it when arrived, nothing was wrong with it and they helped me return it ASAP and refunded me in about 2 days. Super impressed and will buy again if there's something there I like.
