Good service

When returning a product to this company is an absolute nightmare,for a start the phone number on there website is a mobile number which is an unrecognised number,sent 6 emails with no reply and also when returning it goes to a PO Box number plus online chat no one answers… Glad I used clear pay as they are now looking into it…

Goods never recieved, not one e-mail responded to, had to put the matter in the hands of Visa to protect my £300! Stay well clear, joke of a company.

I payed for next day delivery on the 18th of October and they still haven’t arrived, it is now the 26th of October. I have emailed, Whattsapped, Phone called and online live chatted them, still no reply or delivery!

Tried to contact via email and telephone multiple times with no reply

Still no response from this company regarding my refund. Will be pursuing legal action and have raised this with my bank. Do not shop here.

Thieves the police have been notified

If I could give minus stars I would. Stay clear of this organisation! No communication and they take your money and do not send the item. Truly shocking that scammers like this can get away with it.
